Client Success Partner

The Client Success Partner is responsible for executing strategic activities to ensure exceptional client service to assigned accounts to meet revenue and account objectives. This role represents the entire range of segment-specific products and services to assigned clients, while leading the client account planning cycle and ensuring assigned clients’ needs and expectations are met in terms of product implementation and integration. Represents the company and understands business initiatives of assigned accounts, establishing superior relationships with senior and mid-level management.

Our team is passionate about equipping church leaders with the resources and insights necessary to deliver personalized member communication.  We do this by delivering innovative solutions to our ministry partners to engage their members in transformational next steps.  These innovative solutions include our Marketing & Strategy Consulting, Member Engagement Software (MES), Marketing campaign development, analytics and insights.


Account Management

  • Serve as the key client contact and establish senior level client relationships
  • Build and strengthen client relationships beyond the day-to-day remit
  • Ability to oversee and manage multiple accounts
  • Develop and lead client presentations
  • Manage ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings/calls and provide exceptional follow-up and reporting
  • Assist in the harvesting of new business opportunities through consistency of delivery, innovation, commitment and earned client trust
  • Interface with the internal team on planning, deliverables, and timetables to drive the day-to-day operations of programs

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop marketing strategies and lead marketing planning on behalf of clients
  • Ability to conceive, develop and implement programs that build client brand and provide a foundation to drive business growth
  • Understand and apply knowledge around strategic marketing, customer insights and market trends

Project Delivery

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of campaigns, tactics, budgets, and schedules
  • Contribute to financial management by driving account profitability and understanding how timelines and accuracy contribute to the bottom line

Additional Responsibilities (Business Development and Industry Expertise)

  • Establish strategic partnerships vendors and services providers
  • Identifies target accounts and networks to build client relationships and effective sales channels
  • Develops collateral, presentations, etc.
  • Develops tactical and strategic planning for The StudioC to best penetrate the industry
  • Supports The StudioC sales team as SME on proposals and new business opportunities
  • Partnering with The StudioC sales teams to manage and retain client relationships and build client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Actively participates in Industry associations
  • Proactively disseminates knowledge, information, and updates on industry throughout The StudioC


Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Experience & Competencies

  • 5+ years work experience in a service oriented role; preferably one involving heavy phone and video conference interaction with clients
  • Experience managing campaigns that include multiple touchpoints
  • Experience supporting a rapidly growing small business
  • Digital and social media marketing experience preferred
  • Proficiency using CRM Platform is ideal – Hubspot preferred
  • Evidence of over-achieving goals
  • Positive towards KPIs and targets
  • Well defined time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity/inquisitive nature
  • Technology knowledge preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and good time planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
