A half-day virtual strategy session with cross-discipline representation from StudioC.

Taking time to articulate your strategy pays dividends in the long run. A StudioC strategy workshop on member engagement provides direction and focus by identifying priorities and giving clarity. It helps ensure your leadership team is on the same page and you’re prepared to all work toward the same goals.

You will:
  • Be positioned to allocate resources effectively to achieve your member engagement goals, and be ready to measure your progress.

  • Be equipped to communicate the goals and objectives with stakeholders; including staff, elders or board, church members, and other interested parties.
