Terms & Conditions

The Member Engagement Solution (MES) was created to support a member centric “Next Steps” strategy to improve member engagement for the sake of church growth. The StudioC Member Engagement Solution aggregates your member data into one consolidated platform, provides a personalized dashboard for every member of your church, displays member steps or “badges” across multiple digital platforms, allows the church to segment member data into unique audience groups, deliver personalized and relevant messages to the various audiences and then track the effectiveness of each campaign. The three primary components of the Member Engagement Solution are:

  1. Member Data Platform. We will map your member data from various sources including, but not limited to, your current ChMS. We then aggregate your member data into one consolidated platform making it accessible to permitted applications and data visualization tools.
  2. Personalized Member Dashboard. The personalized member dashboard displays a member’s personal information including image, contact information and family structure. It also includes church or campus specific information. The quick links section allows you to create doorways from the Member Dashboard out to any webpage you choose. The core components of the dashboard are:
    • Next Steps Badge Bar. The next steps badge bar will allow you to display badges on your member specific mobile app, website, and staff portal.
    • Next Steps Messages. This is the section of the dashboard that will display messages uniquely matched to an individual and their current participation in your church discipleship program.
    • News & Events Messages. In this section of the dashboard that allows you to display messages to unique audiences, with different imagery and copy, but not tied directly to a discipleship program.
  3. Member Messaging Platform. This part of the solution allows you to build personalized messaging tiles delivered to your mobile app and/or post-gate website for the purpose of increasing engagement, providing encouragement, and delivering a call to action. It operates independently of the Badge Bar but can also work in tandem with it by automating campaigns based on the completion/non completion of engagement steps. The core components of the Member Messaging Platform are:
    • Audience Builder – Allows you to sort and segment your audience for messaging and then upload that audience into the Campaign Builder or export the list.
    • Campaign Manager – Allows you to build custom marketing campaigns to send to your members and then to deliver messages via your mobile app, website, email or SMS.
    • Metrics – Details when a person was given a message and records the action taken by the individual against any campaign.
  4. Optional “Add-ons”. Additional messaging platforms are integrated in the MES and available to achieve full omnichannel communication and engagement, including analytics. These options are only available for current clients to use as add-ons to the MES; not available for use by themselves. Additional fees apply, based on attributed pricing tiers:
    • Email Platform – Includes all the features of the Member Messaging Platform for mobile app, as well as email design builder, templates and more. See full features for details. Pricing based on Total Active Contacts, as validated in MES.
    • SMS Platform – Includes all the features of the Member Messaging Platform for mobile app, as well as SMS or text design builder, templates and more. See full features for details. Pricing based on Average Weekly Attendence (AWA), as validated by MES monthly subscription tier.

  3. Logic Mapping. StudioC will work with your team to determine and articulate your specific member journey and map the relevant triggers that indicate participation in or completion of a particular “Next Step”.

Strategy Workshop (in-person or virtual)

A StudioC strategy workshop on member engagement provides direction and focus by identifying priorities and giving clarity. It helps ensure your leadership team is on the same page and you’re prepared to all work toward the same goals. This involves a thorough discovery of your member life cycle, your tools and your team, understanding your current operations as much as possible. Beginning with the 1-day, onsite or half-day virtual Strategy Session and during the two-weeks following, we will document and evaluate your current strategic next steps approach, document your member life cycle, assess existing technology tool set, data and infrastructure, review existing team structure; all of which will be used to help us develop your strategic roadmap forward. Deliverables from the Strategy Assessment will include:

  1. Methodology Overview. We will present the member engagement methodology to the strategic leaders within your organization. This includes a review of the member life-cycle as a growth strategy and personalization as a key to engagement.
  2. Next Steps Definition. We will work with your team to determine, define, and articulate the key Next Steps as part of your Member Engagement Life-Cycle Plan. This includes naming convention, iconography and definitions.
  3. Tool Review. The audit will provide a scorecard on your existing digital platforms (ChMS, website, mobile app and email marketing) looking at engagement, user experience, back-end analytics, messaging, content themes and tone. We will also develop a recommendation for any improvements, changes, or additions to your technology stack as it relates to Member Engagement.
  4. Data Review. The audit will review your current data for completeness and hygiene including duplicate records, missing data field, etc. We will then develop a strategy to help connect, enrich and unify your data records as needed.
  5. Team Support Structure. Recommendations will include a summary of role and disciplines necessary to implement and carry out the recommended Member Engagement approach. Framework will include options for integrating TSC as an extension of your team.
